Wayfinder is an interactive map that can run on any size screen. It can be touch-sensitive or voice-operated.
Users can search for specific items or locations, for example, “Where are the men’s sports shoes?” or “Where is Dr Herman’s office?” It will then display a map with a route to the location.
If Wayfinder is integrated into digital signage, it can be activated by promotional material. For example, a promotion for digital cameras may be followed by a map showing how the customer can find the camera department.
